We are charging the exact shipping rates provided by PayPal from the USPS, and tried to go with the most cost effective shipping methods available. We wanted to add a low cost shipping option for small International orders however our current store and payment set up does not allow for that. Spy Monkey Armory Series 1 sets will go on sale for $20.00 per set/colorway on February 3rd , 2012 at 12pm Pacific Standard Time at www.spymonkeycreations.ecrater.com.

Each set will have a total of 42 Interchangeable Glyos System compatible parts made of durable PVC and high impact ABS plastic. Each set will include 5 complete weapon builds:

1. Master Blade (6 parts) - The new version of the item that started it all, The Master Blade of the Empyrean!

2. Demon Sabre (3 parts) - The dark rebirth of our classic Blade of the Demon King featuring an all new hilt.

3. Falcon Sabre (3 parts) - The companion piece to the Demon Sabre, a serrated blade like an outstretched Falcon's wing!

4. War Shield (10 parts) - The evolution of our Shields of Deliverance and Destruction, this is the ultimate War Shield.

5. Dominar (12 parts) - Part hammer, part battle axe. All powerful. This is Dominar.

Each set will allow you to build a limitless combination of weapons, creatures and characters, all fully compatible with the Glyos System Series as well as The Outer Space Men.

That's a complete set of 5 weapon builds and bonus parts made up of 42 interchangeable pieces, all for $20. Each set will be available in the following colorways:

Spy Monkey Creations Inc will be unveiling a Power-Con/Thunder Con 2011 Exclusive Accessory on Saturday, September 24th for sale at the show. The sale price on this item will be $10.00. This is a Power-Con/Thunder Con 2011 Exclusive and will only be available at Power-Con/Thunder Con.

Spy Monkey Creations Inc is also proud to partner with Power-Con for some unique items for the Power-Con Auction! The two items we've donated are specially cast and painted one-off editions.

First up is a special color way of Chalybeous The Hammer of War, created by master designer Brian T. Stevenson. This Power-Con 2011 version is cast in metallic gold resin with silver highlights and a dark blue hammer face. This is the only version of Chalybeous in this color to date!

Next we have 3 variations of the Master Blade of the Empyrean. They include color variants previously only available through special orders. They are the "Classic Steel Version", cast in metallic silver resin, the "Wonder Glow" version cast in glow-in-the-dark resin, and the "Fun-Dar" version cast in clear pink glitter resin.

Big Announcement from Spy Monkey Creations Inc.

Fans,

The time has come for Spy Monkey to take the next step in our evolution. We started in 2009 and since then our fanbase has grown to heights we couldn't dream of.   However, both our designs and the level of demand for our products have finally outgrown the "garage" style resin production methods we utilize.

Effective immediately the Spy Monkey Creations Store is on hiatus.

All standing orders will be processed and shipped but no new orders will be accepted. The reason for this is that we finally have plans in motion to move to full mass production.   If all goes as planned 2012 will usher in an all new era for Spy Monkey with familiar and all new items, the durability of injection molded ABS and PVC and an all new way of using SMC items to accessorize and expand your collections that puts YOU in charge.

MANY of the existing items will return in injection molded plastic at a much lower price point.   Those that do not will return in 2012 as limited run resin items.

You're probably asking "Why the hiatus? Why not continue the resin items until the new items are ready?"   The reason is simple. We are a very small company. There are only 3 of us and the time commitment it will require to move to mass production precludes continued working in resin at full capacity.

We know how much you all love the current items, but we firmly believe that injection molded mass produced product is what SMC needs to grow and evolve. Again, resin items are not gone forever, but they will no longer be our main focus. We will still have some 2011 items like Convention and Partner exclusives but ideally when the store fully re-opens it will have our all new mass produced line.

WE ARE ALSO ANNOUNCING THE SEMI-RETIREMENT OF 2 OF OUR ITEMS:
The Master Blade of the Empyrean and the Witching Axe of Ruination in all their variants will no longer be offered in our web store as standard open stock items as of January 1st 2011.These 2 venerable items were instrumental in our growth as a company, but in order to offer new items we have to keep our catalog at a manageable size and this means semi-retiring some items.

Orders for the Master Blade and Witching Axe will be accepted for the remainder of 2010, however they will be limited to a maximum of 1 of each item variation per customer, address, or household. Depending on demand and the possibility of needing new molds, Master Blade and Witching Axe orders placed during the remainder of 2010 may not ship until early 2011, including any combined orders that include Master Blades or Witching Axes and other store items.

The Master Blade and Witching Axe will continue to be an option in Blind Bag offerings and may return as limited run Deluxe Series items, but they will no longer be offered as standard open stock store items.

Spy Monkey Creations Inc has big plans for 2011, and we are very excited about the changes and new products on the horizon!

The first in our series of character packs, the G.Y.A.P.4xBR/GL/TA series features the Teuthidians, a race of hyper intelligent starfaring Cephalopods. After a planetwide disaster destroyed all terrestrial species on their homeworld, the Teuthidians became the dominant lifeform. Teuthidians can now be found across the galaxy as explorers and formidable warriors. Similar to their ancestors, Teuthidians are found in a multitude of colormorphs.

Color Variations:
Brown:Teuthidians are most commonly seen in the reddish brown color of juveniles and young adults of the species.

Tan:As they age into mature adults Teuthidians become a tan and and speckled brown color.

Glitter Gold:Teuthidian Warrior Elite are recognized by their glittering translucent golden appearance. Legend has it that each glittering sparkle denotes an enemy vanquished or quest fulfilled.

Shield of Destruction - Eye of Doom Version temporarily unavailable

My goal at Spy Monkey Creations was always to have all items available as "open stock," and continuously available as each piece is hand made.

With our Shields we tried something new that required supplies beyond just paint and resin. We've had no problems getting the gems, but the glass eyes have been a real problem.

Sadly, I had to remove the Shield of Destruction Eye of Doom Version from the store as our supplier has been unable to fill not one but two consecutive orders.

I'm working on sourcing a new eye, either in glass or plastic, but until we secure a new, reliable supplier I cannot take new orders for the Eye of Doom Shield.

We're a small operation and learning as we go. I'm not happy about this at all. This has caused a delay to our customers who have already ordered the Eye of Doom Shield (those that have open orders at or past our 2 week timeframe will be getting detailed emails about your options to remedy this) and will prevent new customers from ordering that shield temporarily.

I'm doing my best to get this resolved as soon as possible an will keep all of you, our loyal fans, updated as things progress.

The hilt is cast and painted using the same technique as our

Well I have some bad news to report. After exhausting our resources for the last year I'm sorry to report that S.M.T. will not be able to move forward with our Action Figure Builder Kits, Dimension 88X or Freedom Brigade line of products. We were just unable to find a production pipeline to work within our current budget.

However we do have some good news!!! We will be offering a variety of the head sculpts from our Action Figure Builder Kits later this year though this website. We've also got some other surprises in store as well so stay tuned.

Thought I get a quick update out for folks who were wondering the status of our 1st line of figures.

We'll the BIG news is that we are changing the name of the line to "Freedom Brigade" for what I assume everyone knows to be obvious reasons.

On the figure front we just did our 1st pass at the re-sculpts of our bodies. We now feel we have a pretty solid animated style figure that can fit in with other animated figures but also hold up on it's own. We also sculpted quite a few new heads. The sculpts went out for castings last week, and as soon as those are done off to china they go so we can get our 1st quote.
